Up close, a nebula would be more or less invisible to the naked eye. Almost all artistic impressions of glowing nebulae seen from nearby planets — even mine — are, sadly, exaggerated views. But we space artists try to ignore this somehow, or else we'd all go out of business! Enjoy the impossible....
