Artwork of SpaceX's reusable rocket Starship landing or launching on the surface of Mars. Starship is
designed to be the most powerful launch vehicle ever built, and it is fully reusable. When launching
from Earth, the system consists of Starship itself (shown here), perched atop a booster stage called
the Super Heavy. Starship by itself cannot escape Earth's gravity, which is why it needs the
additional booster at launch (which is also reusable), but it can land by itself, as here, and has
already done so in tests on Earth.
